What counts as a decision?
Understand exactly what you pay for before you commit.
A decision is any refund intent evaluated by Axiru's policy engine. This includes auto-allowed refunds, blocked refunds, and refunds routed to an approver.
Refund imports — historical data and shadow mode replays — do not count against your monthly decision volume.
Overage
What happens when you exceed your volume?
No surprise cutoffs. Governance continues.
You will receive an alert at 80% of your monthly volume. We do not hard-cap enforcement mid-month — decisions continue to be governed, and overage is billed at month end.

When do I connect Stripe?
