Information collected
We collect account and workspace information such as organization name, user identity, role assignments, Stripe connection details, refund and policy metadata, and product usage events. We also collect support communications and basic diagnostic logs required to secure and operate the service.
How data is used
We use data to deliver AXIRU features, including historical replay, policy simulation, decision ledger records, dashboards, approvals, alerts, and audit-ready reporting. We may also use service data to troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and improve product reliability.
Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed for finance-sensitive workflows, including tenant-aware access controls, authenticated system access, and logging intended to support investigation and audit review.
Data sharing
We do not sell customer data. We may share limited data with infrastructure, communications, analytics, and payment service providers that help us operate AXIRU, subject to confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and our customers.
Customer control and deletion requests
Customers control workspace access, connected systems, and configuration choices. To request export or deletion of workspace data, email support@axiru.com. We will review and process requests consistent with applicable law, contractual obligations, and legitimate security or recordkeeping needs.
