Service description
AXIRU provides software for refund governance, policy simulation, approval routing, alerts, and deterministic decision ledger records. Some features operate in Shadow Mode only, while paid plans may enable live production controls.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for account security, user access, policy configuration, and ensuring that the service is used in accordance with applicable law, internal controls, and obligations to customers and payment providers.
Data access
AXIRU accesses customer-authorized data needed to evaluate policy outcomes, maintain the decision ledger, generate reports, and operate the service. Customers remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of the data they connect or submit.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect service integrity and customer data. Customers must maintain appropriate internal controls, credentials, and access reviews for their own users and connected systems.
Availability
We aim to operate the service reliably, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service may change over time, and maintenance, security events, or third-party dependencies may affect access or performance.
Limitation of liability
AXIRU is provided as a software service to support customer decision-making and controls. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AXIRU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or goodwill.
Termination
Customers may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
